Developed on a commercial area that covers about 60000 squared meters, the project involves its division in several spaces to build 4 commercial activities and 2 restaurant activities. The amount of these commercial areas il 11900 squared meters.
Each building houses a single activity: Risparmio Casa extends over an area of 2800 sqaured meters, Globo over 2700, Euronics over 1700, Found over 700, Mondobrico over 3500, Green Wood over 500.

- ROOF-TOP air-conditioning for selling areas and warehouses; - Climatizzazione tramite pompa di calore per uffici e spogliatoi; - Heat pump conditioning for offices and dressing rooms; - 4 fire fighting pumping stations; - Lighting system for parking areas and streets; - Lighting system for park; - Storage water and iriigation system for the park; - Waste water system with water flow adjustment; - 2 850KVA MV/LV transformer stations; - 5 90KWp photovoltaic systems; - FM distribution and supply cabinets; - Led lightning systems; - Safety, fire fighting and alarm systems; - EVAC sound systems; - Video surveillance systems; - ELE MEC plant supervisory; - Structured wiring.
