Design and realisation of electric plant and control system for 24 stations machinery to moulding expanded polyurethane. Builder: Pacpol - Cilavegna

It's one of the earlier installazion where was used an axis-control in a machinery for expanded polyurethane production.
The system allows:
- control of load and level of the materials in the tanks;
- control of casting flow, temperature and pressure;
- control of casting carrier's axis movements by a total of 3 interpolated axis to create variable geometric shapes for mould;
- the movement of the bank with the control of the aperture, closure and heating of the moulds.
