Plant for drying and storage of cereals realised for "Fertilia Company" in Arad, Romania.

Plant consisting of offices building, a dryer and 6 silos.
Cereals are dried and stored in their silos.
For what concers power supply has been realised a Low Voltage Cabinet with main switch and power and protection devices for dryer's cabinet, offices, silos and plant's lighting system.
PLC cabinet is the heart of the system and controls both in automatic and manual mode drying and loading process by temperature, umidity and blockage sensors and volumes checking.
The control of storage of the cereals inside silos is oversee by SIEMENS S7-200 PLC, interfaced to a graphic colour HMI situated in main cabinet's forntal door.
The operator can controls the whole work process of the cerals, checking graphically the performance of each motor, solenoid valve or motorised damper.
All the working steps of the plant are sequentally and the PLC's program proceeds with following step only if positive feedback of movement sensors wirr occour.
