Realisation automation and oversee of autoclave for glass lamination, installed in the facilities of "Zamil Glass Industries" in Saudi Arabia
The architecture of the system have one or several redundant control points. Each device has precise responsability and communicates with the others via MODBUS protocol.
PR1: Eurotherm double loop programmer/regulator with half graphical dispaly.
It handles of temperature an pressure loops regulation using PID algorithm to command control valves and heating groups.
It stores inside up to 50 programs/recipes for a total amount of 5000 work segments.
REC1: Eurotherm configurable paper recorder, 6 channels with digital high brigthness display.
It records the graphic of production process, useful for certification of the test.
PC1: SIEMENS industrial computer with Windows 2000 operating system.
It's the main operator interface and is mounted in the control cabinet. It permits a completely oversee of the plant's system with a friendly use graphic. It also contains the archive of working receipes, the history of graphics, alarms, events and production reports, machinery maintenance book and a qualitative system of contracts management.
It also contains softwares to oversee the autoclave plant and to analyse the eneergy consumption and the state of back-up systems (UPS1).
PLC1: MODICON PLC Quantum type.
It deal with alarms and system's logical alerts putting them on screen sequentially.
It also command the oversee graphic animation. It doesn't interact with regulations.
A/M1 to 4: auto/manual stations with digital display (3.5 digit).
They are the interface between valves on the field and the regulation device (PR1).
AR1: Gavazzi WM2 network analyzer.
TELEASSISTANCE
It's a future of the system that allows software assistance by LABEX from remote positions.
It's based on PC ANYWHERE software (MICROSOFT) tha permits to monitor all the plant via modem and take the complete control when necessary.
