1,5 MW biogas plant for agrarian anaerobic digestion of biomasses aimed at biogas production and renewable energy for "ALEXIA" in Bulgary.
Realisation of biogas plant designed for electric energy production from renewable sources such as cattle's manure, sewage,
whey and maize silage.
Organic matrices are sent to the bio-pulper for pre-treament and homogenisation process then are moved into two anaerobic digestors
(each of about 1500 m3 of storage capacity) for degradation of organic material which leads to the production of biogas.
The digestate in surplus is sent to a cold-digestor (of about 1500 m3 of storage capacity) to stabilize it and recover the last portion
of biogas still present within the digestate itself.
At the end of the process a spinning system separate the digestate in two parts, one solid and one liquid.
The first one will be desiccated to remove all the umidity that is the 80% of the whole mass and then stored in big vats called
trenches ready to use in farming as fertiliser.
The second one comes partly recycled in the system and partly sent to storage tanks.
This process allows to produce biogas with high concentration of methane that will be clean from hydrogen sulphide inside a washing
tower and then sent into two cogeneration systems, each capable of 1,5MW of electric and thermal energy supply.
The system controls 17 inverters, 37 motor starters, 56 digital sensors, 33 analogic sensors, 16 dgital actuators and 3 analogic
actuators for a total amount of 800KW of installed power.
