Five machinery "Jumbo" model of continued extrusion series prduced by "Uniloy Milacron" Magenta

Realisation of Nº 5 IMC machinery model UMS500 for russian market.
It's a prototype at state-of-the-art with 7,6 meters lenght, 7,5 meters width, 4,7 meters height and strenght of mould closing of 50 tons.
The electric part consists of two cabinet with 5 meters width each, 600KW of installed power and devices for the functioning of 33 motors moved by 160KW of total power inverters, 8 axis controllers and 100 heating zones controlled by temperature probes.
This order has required a big effort both in terms of technic and production, 7 month and about 9000 working ours by qualified personnel that follow the development of the machinery in every phase, from the desing to the final tests.
